Transformational Procurement Leader

As a Specialist Customer Success Manager (SCSM), you'll play a critical role in helping our customers maximize their investment in Sap's procurement solutions. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers to understand their needs, provide tailored support, and ensure they achieve their business objectives.

• Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CPOs, CIOs, and CFOs
• Proactively identify and address customer pain points, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing churn
• Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in procurement or supply chain management
• Proven track record of driving customer success, adoption, and revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with Sap's procurement solutions and cloud-based platforms
