Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large volumes of outbound calls, engaging effectively with prospects, and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers or clients.
- Engage with prospects to introduce products, services, or campaigns effectively.
- Handle objections and provide clear, compelling responses to generate interest and secure engagement.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to maintain a positive company image.
Requirements
- Amenable to a project-based employment opportunity.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
