Job Summary
Aceros Y Servicios Triple-S seeks a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an essential member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs is required. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, post, and verify customer payments and transactions
- Create invoices according to company practices and submit them to customers
- Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections
- Collaborate with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- At least two years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
