Global Employer Brand Marketing Expert

The RoleWe're seeking a skilled professional to lead our employer branding efforts, developing and implementing strategic campaigns to attract top talent.
- Social Media Campaigns: Design and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, creating engaging content tailored to each channel.
- Google Ads Campaigns: Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates, conducting keyword research and optimizing ad copy for maximum impact.
- Job Board Campaigns: Oversee and optimize job board postings and sponsored ads on platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, and other relevant job boards, ensuring listings are attractive, accurate, and reflect WTW's employer brand.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including social media posts, videos, and infographics, highlighting WTW's culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Campaign Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns, and prepare regular reports on ROI.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with employer branding, social media marketing, and Google Ads
- Strong content creation and campaign management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
At WTW, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
