Technical Support Specialist

About Citigroup Inc., one of the world's leading financial services companies, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Advocate to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients, this role plays a critical part in protecting client relationships while assisting in the resolution of open tickets and issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with internal clients and assigned client companies to quickly resolve technical tickets
- Act as liaison between client, RSM/PASS, and Tech partners within Citi
- Engage with Tech to create working sessions, as needed, to expedite ticket resolution
- Report trends identified during issue analysis to Senior/Executive Managers
- Handle all communications between internal Citi departments
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:- Previous relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Proven investigative, analytical, and risk management skills
- Demonstrated ability to present concepts and influence/lead change
