About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Endava Limited as a Facilities Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in purchasing and supplier management, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  1. Oversee and manage office facilities to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  2. Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and supporting the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
  5. Manage the office reception, including receiving visitors, maintaining contact with the building reception, handling correspondence, and other related tasks.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Assist Finance, Human Resources, and People Experience teams with administrative and operational support as needed.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  9. More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  10. Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
