We are a dynamic agency partnering with leading brands in the health and wellness sector. Our team is dedicated to exploring innovative marketing strategies, with a strong presence in Boulder, CO, and a network of professionals across the country.

We are seeking a skilled Production Designer to thrive in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will support the Senior Designer in producing high-quality digital and graphic content, including digital banners, social media graphics, animations, infographics, print ads, and traditional media such as billboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design digital content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Manage website edits and visual updates using CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, optimized for different platforms.
  • Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, and other team members for seamless integration.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, WordPress, and HTML5.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
