About the Role:
- You will play a critical role in ensuring the credibility of Addi credit applicants' identities through real-time verification of identity documents.
- Evaluate and verify the authenticity of identity documents submitted by customers during the application process.
- Deliver accurate results within 90 seconds, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Expertly distinguish between authentic and forged documents based on their unique characteristics.
- Stay informed about updates in identity documents and emerging forgery techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to develop robust strategies against identity theft and document forgery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in document validation.
- Education in documentology, criminology, dactyloscopy, and/or forensic graphology.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Licensed to work in Colombia.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Curious and eager to learn.
