Role Overview
The Decarbonization Strategist will support clients in defining their decarbonization roadmaps and development plans.
You'll join a passionate team of experts helping clients navigate corporate structures and manage diverse stakeholders to execute successful energy-efficient and decarbonized strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead carbon-related discussions with customers' stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
- Perform energy audits, identifying ECMs for industrial customers, including energy savings, investments, and payback calculations.
- Develop technical and economic strategies to support business development and close energy efficiency services.
- Analyze energy and patrimonial data, benchmarking with industry standards.
- Follow up on energy-saving targets, identifying deviations and proposing improvements.
- Participate in the Global Expertise Center to align local consultancy business with global programs.
- Assist with process enhancement, develop new analysis tools, procedures, and deliverables.
- Project follow-up and commissioning to assist customers in reaching expected targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions and roles, mainly in industrial customers.
- Knowledge of HVAC, cold production, compressed air, steam, lighting, renewable energy, waste to energy, and energy market trends.
- Project management and reporting experience.
- Energy efficiency expertise.
- Sustainability consultant approach with customers and peers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
