Position Overview

BruntWork is seeking a skilled Multilingual Sales Representative to drive sales efforts and connect artistic vision with potential clients worldwide.

As a key player in our client's business growth strategy, you'll leverage your sales expertise and language skills to conduct targeted outreach, generate leads, and nurture relationships with potential clients in both Spanish and English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging cold calls to potential B2B clients in both Spanish and English
  • Generate and qualify new leads, expanding our client base across international markets
  • Manage and update a database of approximately 2000 B2B contacts
  • Craft compelling quotes and proposals for potential clients
  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the core team to understand and effectively communicate our unique artistic offerings
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, embodying our creative ethos
  • Adapt communication strategies to cater to diverse business cultures in Spain, the US, and the UK

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English with exceptional communication skills in both languages
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a creative or artistic industry
  • Strong phone presence and ability to conduct effective cold calls with confidence
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment across various time zones
  • Adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks beyond traditional sales roles
  • Passion for the creative industry and ability to articulate the value of artistic services to businesses
  • Comfortable with performance tracking and quality assurance processes
