Design Director - Interior Architecture

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Develop and implement interior architectural concepts, space planning, material selection, and detailing.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to integrate interior elements with the overall building design.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong expertise in interior detailing, materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications and technical coordination. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading, managing, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Negotiate project scope, contracts, and fees with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement sustainable and resilient interior design solutions, aligning with client sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture (or foreign equivalent).
  • 10+ years of experience in interior architecture projects, preferably in large-scale, complex environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including negotiating project scope and fees, budgeting, and managing schedules and timelines.
