Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Safety Expert to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Distribution Department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on safety and environmental matters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to department staff on safety and environmental matters.
  • Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Analyze injury and incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • A monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
  • A monthly overbase payment of 25% of your monthly base salary.
  • A benefits supplement payment of 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing to 30% after 12 years of service.
  • A severance package including a two-week pay-for-each-year-of-service plan.
  • Employment tax exemptions for employees who choose to separate themselves from their home country for income tax purposes.
  • An employee share purchase plan (ESPP) allowing you to purchase up to 10% of your monthly base pay in company shares.
  • An annual incentive plan based on performance, offering approximately 1.8x your monthly base salary.
  • A travel allowance of $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
  • Vacation and paid holidays, including 38 vacation days and 4 travel days.
  • A medical and dental plan providing complimentary in-Kingdom care and facilities for you and your eligible family members.
  • An educational assistance plan covering 90% of expenses for out-of-kingdom education, with a maximum benefit of 5x your monthly base salary or $48,500.
  • A settling-in allowance of 100% of your monthly base salary for family status or 60% for single/bachelor status.
