About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at MRM. As a Digital QA Analyst, you will be responsible for executing test plans to identify problems and their causes in the digital products we produce.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Execute different scenarios and testing procedures.
  2. Implement the use of appropriate tools depending on the type of project and its technology.
  3. Identify, analyze, and document defects of each digital product.
  4. Document defects through software tracking tools like Jira, following established methodologies.
  5. Execute testing procedures within the framework of the general planning of the project.
  6. Review documentation for each production to ensure complete compliance with requirements and minimize risks.
  7. Develop a culture oriented to service and results.
  8. Encourage true teamwork, inside and outside the area.
  9. Demonstrate a broad management of the internal client.
  10. Communicate clearly and effectively the status of the projects under QA control.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably, student or graduate of careers linked to the business: Degree in Informatic Systems, Systems Engineer, Degree in Communication, Graphic or Multimedia Designer, Marketing, Advertisement, or related, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  2. Preferably, some knowledge in project tracker tools (Ex. JIRA).
  3. Preferably, some knowledge in the use of repositories and version managers (Ex. SVN, GIT).
  4. Preferably, some knowledge of agile methodologies.
  5. Preferably, knowledge in testing methodologies.
  6. Advanced level of written and oral English.
