About the Role

We're seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team, working on the full lifecycle of product development from discovery to deployment. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions for our member institutions, ensuring they have a more engaged and fulfilling experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions for our application areas
  • Test and review code, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Embrace and champion the use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
  • Take ownership of our product areas running in production
  • Resolve production issues and defects
  • Ensure proper team and inter-team communication practices
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Lead solution design and mentor team members
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Computer Science/Engineering background or strong technical background
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
  • Experience with server-side technologies, front-end libraries, and relational databases
  • Desire to work as a member of an inclusive, cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with.NET, C#, and Typescript
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and continuous delivery
  • Experience with event-driven microservice architectures
