Job Description:

This position involves providing information and leading the implementation of commercial development activities for the organization, including growth and support for online franchise operations aligned with business objectives and financial targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to generate new or additional businesses to maximize profits and increase market share within an assigned country, region, or sector through new business opportunities.
  • Plan and lead all business development activities, including developing association alliances/channels/networks, product planning and development.
  • Analyze market studies and identify current and future consumer trends.
  • Develop plans for opening new channels.
  • Manage distributors.
  • Lead sales teams.
  • Develop strategic alliances with other stakeholders.
  • Monitor key business trends through research and analysis of costs/prices/ networks, competition analysis, etc.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Basic or intermediate English proficiency.
