Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:

Goodyear is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team in Cali, Colombia. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing brand and product competitiveness, ensuring the right level of profitability, and supporting sales team operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop B2B and B2C campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and execute budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Analyze and execute cooperative policies with dealers to optimize sales performance.
• Work closely with advertising agencies to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Design and control brand materials to maintain a strong brand image.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing and sales (pricing and product).
• Knowledge of SAP.

Education:

Required: Degree in Administrative Sciences or related field.

Desired: Emphasis in marketing (post-graduation) or MBA.
