Job OverviewWe are seeking a Swedish-speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our dynamic Sales Team in Gzira, Malta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Reactivating inactive players and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods to boost player engagement.
- Guiding players through our website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
- Native level of Swedish skills and conversational English.
- Exposure to the online sports betting and gambling industry, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Confidence, comfort, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships over the phone.
- A competitive spirit and drive to achieve success.

- A Monday to Friday schedule, 9:45 am to 6 pm.
