Assemblysystems Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician to join our team in Marshfield, WI. As an IMT Service Truck Mechanic/Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy-duty equipment used in various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all types of truck bodies and associated components.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines such as Kubota, Honda, and Kohler engines (Air Compressor, Welder/Generator/Pump Engines).
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all heavy-duty components.
• Positive interface with service writers, foreman, parts department, and customers.
• Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
• Meet requirements for certifications.
• Administrative duties as related to position.

Requirements:

• Self-starter ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow work orders.
• Ability to determine needed repairs for cranes and trucks.
• Ability to disassemble cranes and keep track of parts for reassembly.
• Ability to rebuild hydraulic cylinders.
• Ability to rebuild PTO.
• Ability to run and test cranes.
• General knowledge of hydraulics.
• Knowledge of relays.
• Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Welding preferred.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
