About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Payments Analyst to join our global team at iVisa. As a key member of our payments team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our payment ecosystem, ensuring seamless and efficient payment processes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Ecosystem Management
    • Manage the optimization of our payment ecosystem, including payment orchestrators, gateways, risk management, and dispute management solutions.
    • Optimize routing decisions to improve approval rates and costs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging payment technologies to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Approval Rate Optimization
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize payment approval rates across various geographies and product lines.
    • Liaise with payment gateways to define optimization potential and execute optimization strategies.
    • Implement continuous monitoring and improvement processes to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Leverage data to inform decision-making, improve approval rates, and risk management, and enhance the overall efficiency of payment processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance the payment ecosystem.
    • Drive initiatives to improve user experience, optimize payment methods, and implement innovative solutions.
    • Evaluate and decide on the inclusion of new payment methods in our service.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience defining the payment ecosystem to optimize payment acceptance rate, payment cost, and conversion rate.
  • Solid knowledge of payment architecture, including merchants, payment orchestrators, payment gateways, and acquiring banks.
  • Ability to prioritize high-value opportunities and develop innovative ways to solve problems in the payments space.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in working in a global payments team.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve payment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of global payment regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
