About the Role:
The Commercial Contract Manager will be responsible for playing a lead role in the preparation, review, and negotiation of various commercial documents, contracts, and agreements. This includes preparing, reviewing, and negotiating Master Subscription Agreements, privacy exhibits, existing customer contract amendments, professional services supplements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and product specific schedules referenced in an Order Form.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study and at least three years' experience as an attorney, contract manager/administrator/specialist, or paralegal. Prior experience must be in an area of commercial and/or software contract transactions. You should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Additionally, you should have prior experience in interfacing with legal clients and/or commercial customers and internal executives/leaders. If you have prior experience with Software-as-a-Service contracts, data privacy, and/or SaaS security matters, that would be a plus.
