Job Description:This is a remote-based position located in Colombia, requiring expertise in process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma. Your responsibilities will include planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives, developing metrics for process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
You will also collect data to identify root causes of problems, measure performance against process requirements, provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques, and deliver presentations and training courses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas
- Five or more years of work experience in Quality or business improvement projects
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and influence skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with networks and applications
A working knowledge of Power BI and Data Visualization tools is advantageous. Expertise in auditing experience to ISO 13485, CAPA compliance, and investigation techniques, as well as experience with e-quality systems such as TrackWise, document and record control systems, is also desirable.
