Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customers and peers to design and implement workable solutions
- Define and create solutions to help customers realize the full potential of Recurly's offering
- Evaluate merchant integrations and offer best practice recommendations
- Configure, customize, and support custom solutions
- Build alliances with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to solve problems and achieve objectives
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- At least 1-2 years of programming experience in a commercial environment, preferably with Ruby on Rails, Ruby, JavaScript, Node, etc.
- Experience with integrations such as webhooks and APIs
- Familiar with SQL development/queries and their automation
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and continually refine your business acumen and establish domain/industry expertise
