Sales Performance Specialist

Marcus Evans, a global business intelligence and event marketing company, is seeking a Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Forums division, you will be responsible for generating and prospecting new leads, contacting and qualifying prospects, negotiating and closing contracts with C-level decision makers, and keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
About the RoleThis is an in-person role located in our Bogota, Colombia office (COMING SOON). You will work closely with our management team to deliver innovative high-level content, networking, and one-to-one meeting platforms that bring together key decision-makers on a truly global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and prospecting new leads to create a book of business.
- Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
- Negotiate and close contracts with C-level decision makers by learning about their growth goals and converting that intelligence into business opportunities.
- Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
- Working with new and existing clients.
- Traveling to destination cities in North America to tend to clients.
- Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.
