About the Role
This is a remote position with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time with an hour unpaid break.

Company Overview: We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an entry-level professional to join our Accounting team as a UPS Accounting Data Entry Associate.
We are committed to maximizing our refunds for UPS damages claims and ensuring timely payments to our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Submit daily UPS and freight damage claims with special attention to older claims.
- Complete all damaged and missing package claim paperwork.
- Review refund checks for accuracy and mark as paid.
- Update corresponding documents at each stage with the status of that claim.
- Price check and review all invoices for approval prior to payment.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies with internal and external parties.
- Create payments to ensure vendors are paid accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting and Business degrees preferred).
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pleasant and personal demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized and strong follow-through.
