Improve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for Essity in the A&C region by developing and implementing effective branding strategies. Ensure consistency with global EVP and communicate it through various channels to HR functions, talent acquisition teams, and employees.

About the Role

  • Align local communication plans with regional and global employer branding strategies.
  • Work with EATA teams to identify target segments for digital marketing investments.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that showcase Essity's EVP and attract top talent.
  • Create and manage Talent Acquisition communications materials that reflect the company's global EVP and tone.
  • Maintain consistency in Human Resources communications materials across all regions.
  • Provide training sessions for HRBP and Talent Acquisition stakeholders on new employer branding resources and guidelines.
  • Promote internal communication initiatives that highlight the company culture and EVP throughout the employee experience.
  • Analyze key recruitment marketing metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions to establish partnerships that position Essity as a top employer among target audiences.
  • Represent the brand at events and conduct recruitments when required.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • At least two years of experience in Recruiting-HR functions.
  • Strong technological skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
