Our Colombia HUBs support our operations globally in a multicultural landscape, providing innovative solutions, services, and developments in areas such as Legal, Supply, Service Center, Finance, Service Desk, HR, Compensation and Benefits, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyzes, reviews, makes recommendations, and obtains approval for changes to Compensation and Benefits at the country level to ensure that such benefits are in-line with the existing market and consistent with the Corporate principles, policies, and guidelines.
• Prepares compensation packages and assignment letters for assigned populations, and explains package components to local HR teams.
• Updates salary structures as required to be aligned with the market level.
• Assists in the changes and implementation of policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function.
• Assists in maintaining Knowledge Sharing with current information and creates new documentation.
• Coordinates communication of compensation & benefits related matters and plans to other members of the HR Community.
• Assists in the implementation of job bonus policies in HR systems and coordinates with all involved stakeholders.
• Supports HR systems used for package & letter generation.
• Participates in digital projects that can optimize our current processes.
The student intern may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the Company.
Requirements
Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economics, Finance
English level B2
Plus: Power BI / Power Apps / Power Platform interest and basic knowledge
