The Role
We're seeking a dynamic individual to revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability as an Account Management Partner. In this role, you'll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
This position is about driving proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals. You'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, leading to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
As an Account Management Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process. You'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from prospecting to closing deals and beyond.
You'll lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.
With deep knowledge of external best practices, you'll provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market. You'll take charge of customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients are happy and successful, with integrity at the core of everything you do.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience running account P&L, deep knowledge of business and technology trends, and industry best practices. You'll have a proven track record of managing sales processes end-to-end, with experience in revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks. An open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers is essential.
