The Business Operations Specialist Role

This pivotal role supports the Operations Manager and team in driving strategic growth and optimizing business operations across various functional areas. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and Leadership Team to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize business operations by streamlining processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for business review meetings and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Manage community initiatives and member experience programs for the Operations Manager and Community Team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Drive project execution and facilitate decision-making among cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Manage local office and mailing responsibilities for territory HQ offices and notices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make creative decisions.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
