About the Role

\

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical models using machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Designs and implements advanced analytical models using machine learning techniques.\
  • Develops and maintains complex data pipelines using established data patterns.\
  • Supports the implementation of data assets across multiple international teams and business lines.\
  • Hands-on development supporting Analytical workloads for On-prem and Cloud environments.\
  • Collaborates and supports analytic teams to proactively build and improve existing operating models.\
  • Contribute to data delivery for some of highly visible and critical projects across the bank.\
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas.\
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.\
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.\
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Maintains documentation of processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvements.\
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance data engineering practices.\

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field.\
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a junior Data Scientist or Senior Data Analyst.\
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python or R.\
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.\
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.\
  • English level (at least B1).\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Results-oriented individual with a focus on delivering high-quality results.\
  • Possesses strong technical skills, including data science, software development, and cloud computing.\
  • Cultivates a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the team.\
