Customer Service Representative for Latin American Market

Chef's Deal Restaurant Equipment Company, a renowned provider of equipment solutions in Downtown Nashville, is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative. If you are a hard-working and dedicated professional, this opportunity aligns perfectly with your skills and passion.
This role allows you to leverage your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences while working remotely. As a specialist based in Colombia, you will have the flexibility to work at US Central time, which will be determined later.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills, ensuring seamless interactions with Hispanic and US customers. The ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Spanish, is essential for success in this position.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**
- Contact customers via telephone to resolve issues related to warranties and other concerns.
- Work up to 40 hours per week, attending daily meetings and engaging with decision-makers to provide top-notch customer service.
- Field questions and address objections from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer service cases as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with excellent communication skills.
- An outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping others.
- Strong typing abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Native fluency in Spanish and fluent in English.
**Benefits:**
This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a monthly salary of approximately $750 USD (3,321,360 COP) paid at the beginning of each month.
Estimated Salary Range: $9,000 - $10,800 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
This job type is a Full-time/Contract position, requiring a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in English and Spanish.
