As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, maintaining, automating, troubleshooting, and overseeing compliance and audit processes for our server infrastructure, which includes Linux and UNIX platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, configure, maintain, automate, troubleshoot, and oversee compliance and audit processes for our server infrastructure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local and regional infrastructure, as well as key contacts in other competencies.
  • Implement and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Automate administrative tasks using scripting (Shell scripting, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
