Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the client's RFE draft packet to prepare subpackets using merge, combine, and edit functions on Adobe Acrobat.
- Complete a scan of the RFE declaration and forms documents to ensure they are the correct documents prior to sending to the client.
- Assist or troubleshoot any issues during the signature review process.
Requirements:
- Strong client service skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves.
- Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
