Job Title: Dispatch Specialist

SuperStaff is seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatch Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently, and managing orders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and prioritize orders, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and field service management to optimize scheduling and maximize productivity.
  • Escalate exceptions and provide support for problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Research and resolve credit or billing issues, accurately entering part orders and billing invoices.
  • Document discussions and interactions with customers, technicians, and management in ERP and Benco Field Service Management software systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management, ensuring customers receive efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of dispatching experience (required)
Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, weekends off
  • Salary: 3,500,000
  • Hybrid schedule
