Senior Technical Support Specialist for Personal Care Products

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Personal Care division. This role will focus on providing technical support and product expertise to clients across Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, and Peru.
Key Responsibilities- Identify business opportunities and develop new projects with existing clients;
- Understand client expectations and tailor solutions to meet their needs;
- Coordinate projects via Salesforce and provide technical support to clients in-person and remotely;
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to take the lead in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries, excellent communication skills, and experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field;
- Desirable technical experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work proactively;
- Self-confident, resilient, and reliable with excellent communication skills;
- Systematic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office software;
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills (mandatory) and Portuguese language skills desired.
