Job Title: Acquisition Manager for Latin American Real Estate Deals

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team at Corporación F&M S.A.C. in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads and inquiries, conducting outbound calls to potential clients, and managing the acquisition pipeline.

About the Role:

  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
  • Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Fully fluent in Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
