Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Recruitment Events: Participate in running recruitment events and job fairs to promote our organization and attract potential candidates.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of associate work records in our software system.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
- Healthcare Experience: Experience in healthcare administration or recruitment.
- Telemarketing Experience: Experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Certifications: CNA or PCA certification a plus.
