- Agile Methodologies: Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and development best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Data Analysis and Troubleshooting: Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of data systems.
- Documentation and Training: Create documentation and provide training to end-users on implemented solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in development within the healthcare industry, adjusting as per applicant qualifications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, C#, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies are a plus.
