Key Responsibilities

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service, billing, or insurance verification roles preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-changing situations.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
