About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter for North America to join our Talent Acquisition team at Kenvue Brands LLC. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and ensuring a diverse candidate flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for North America.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand through various channels, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on North America.
  • Validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages.
