About the Role

Aleph Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the document registration cycle, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt and registration of purchase orders and invoices
  • Process purchase orders from start to finish, coordinating with department heads for approvals
  • Collaborate with suppliers and respond to their queries in a timely manner
  • Register invoices into our ERP accounting system and make payments to suppliers
  • Track and process travel expense reports
  • Ensure adherence to financial procedures and policies
  • Provide support during audits and internal support to other departments and management team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
  • Experience working with suppliers in a similar role is a plus
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and intercompany operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
