At Lean Solutions Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for gathering information on recruitment processes, organizing the recruitment of suitable candidates for various positions, receiving applicant documents, and overseeing the entire candidate selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to receive information on requisitions and post them in various sources.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for different positions.
  • Ensure the timely publication of open positions through our company's communication channels, including our website, job boards, and internal platforms.
  • Guarantee a minimum pool of qualified candidates for each assigned profile.
  • Process and review all candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate regularly with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator on updates regarding assigned requisitions.
  • Supervise the candidate selection process, ensuring that all candidates have completed the necessary steps.
  • Provide feedback to non-selected candidates, explaining the outcome of their application.
  • Contribute to the standardization of our Reporting & Analytics Process by ensuring data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruiting or 1 year in HR-related areas.

Desirable Skills:

  • Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in BPO or similar companies.
  • Results-oriented and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate and employee experience orientation.
