Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Business Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with customers to collect and define requirements, propose and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Architect and implement best-in-class implementations of Ironclad, leveraging your expertise to drive customer success.
  • Configure Ironclad Solutions using available tools on the platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimized results.
  • Maintain technical expertise by staying up-to-date with the latest Ironclad features and major launches, driving continuous improvement.
  • Advise customers on solution tradeoffs, helping them make informed decisions through cost/benefit analysis.
  • Aquire and maintain certifications relevant to the role, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • Promote company culture by being a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Ironclad Community, fostering a culture of success and fun within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working on project and consulting teams.
  • 1+ years of implementation experience with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • Prior experience as a Consultant with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
  • 2+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms, with a proven ability to speak to delivery approaches and considerations for different project sizes and scales.
  • 1+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
  • Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
  • Expertise in project delivery, including program management and the SDLC.
  • Management experience with established technology departments, mature program management processes, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills, including mentoring others.
  • Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
