    • Manage funds for acquisitions, renovations, and operations.\r
    • Track loan servicing and compliance with lender requirements.\r
    • Prepare investor reports detailing metrics like RevPAR, NOI, and occupancy rates.\r

  • Strategic Financial Support:\r

    • Align financial goals with operational strategies for stabilization and growth.\r
    • Identify and execute cost management initiatives.\r

  • Systems and Collaboration:\r

Qualifications

  • \r
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in the hospitality industry.\r
  • Expertise in USALI and GAAP accounting standards.\r
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, payroll software, and hotel management systems.\r
  • Experience with extended-stay rental models and turnaround projects.\r
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\r

Salary Range:

$2,500-$3,000 per month (estimated based on location and industry standards).
