Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Financial Analyst to join our team at Kenvue. As a Marketing Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our Marketing structure, maximizing financial outcomes through business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models for investment proposals and plans, including scenario planning and recommendations.
- Partner with Marketing and Finance teams to develop business cases and facilitate financial review meetings.
- Analyze financial viability of investments and provide recommendations to improve Category/Brand Profitability.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and robust P&L reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial areas.
- Basic understanding of financial principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
