Job Title: Digital, Website & Content Manager

This role requires an experienced leader who can manage large teams, manage P&L, and digital production. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the front-end activities of the BEX, managing the relationship with different stakeholders in global, Latam and other regions, ensuring the right project management and communication.
  • Developing and implementing operational processes to generate working hours efficiencies and increase service levels.
  • Empowering the team to develop automation solutions that can contribute to the reduction of manual labor and increase in the BEX capacity.
  • Managing the BEX P&L.
  • Ensuring technical resources are available to the BEX team for operational and production teams. Communicating and translating requirements to all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the implementation of content guidelines for content creation.
  • Responsible for the team's performance review and individual development plan. Ensuring that objectives of direct reports and BEX developers are aligned with the regional/division goals.
  • Leading the creation of guidelines to improve implementation of digital assets (sites, videos, domain registration, online promotion, etc).
  • Overseeing meetings with global digital teams, global agencies and other stakeholders to anticipate requirements and manage the relationship across divisions.
  • Attending different digital forums, understanding other companies' ways of working to bring new digital trends that can be implemented at Colgate.
