The Senior Collections Analyst for TD SYNNEX drives the credit to cash cycle to facilitate product sales by analyzing customer financials and credit worthiness. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, negotiating account receivable resolutions, and managing credit lines for specified markets or customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer financials and credit reports to assess credit worthiness.
- Manage accounts receivable, including collections and account reconciliation.
- Negotiate account receivable resolutions with customers.
- Manage credit lines for specified markets or customer bases.
- Monitor and analyze trade payment reports and security agreements.
- Identify and resolve root cause issues that disrupt the credit to cash cycle.
- Assist in training and mentoring Credit & Collection Analysts.
- High School Diploma with Credit Certification and/or Specialty Credit Experience/Training.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
- Strong data entry skills and basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
