Job Overview:We are seeking a Phlebotomy Specialist - Blood Donor Collector to join our international team at Grifols, S.A.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine donor suitability through medical evaluation.
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor donor and equipment for quality and safety purposes.
A high school diploma or GED, along with excellent communication skills, is required for this position.
Salary and Benefits:We offer an estimated annual salary range of $43,000 to $61,000 based on location, experience, and qualifications.
