**About the Role:**

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our LATAM Commercial team, driving growth through sales of products and services in Argentina.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospect pipeline creation to contract execution and processing of 'live' transactions for new merchant accounts.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients in the retail, digital, and travel industries.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to grow the existing customer base in LATAM.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2-4 years of full-cycle sales experience including researching, discovering needs, and recommending solutions to solve business problems.
  • Proven track record of new business solution selling within payments or similar industries.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
