We're looking for a skilled Senior Sourcer to join our Remote Recruitment team at Bold Business. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about finding top talent.

About the Position

As a Senior Sourcer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates for various roles. You'll work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Key Tasks:
  1. Candidate Identification: Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for current and future job openings.
  2. Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pool for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand role requirements, company culture, and job specifications to tailor sourcing strategies effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Google X-ray, LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Experience in talent sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development roles.
