Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support our Investment Team. This role will involve assisting the team throughout multiple stages of the investment process, from origination to due diligence. The successful candidate will conduct market screening, support sourcing efforts, perform initial assessments and business analyses, and develop financial models.

Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and identify investment opportunities aligned with Ingepsy's strategy
* Analyze businesses and create initial assessment reports
* Develop financial models and valuations for investment opportunities
* Assist the Investment Team in creating investment materials

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, accounting, or financial analysis. They should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques, as well as the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and English proficiency are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, along with a BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Management.

Salary Information
This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $1500-$2000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, candidates must be able to work autonomously in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and have strong critical thinking skills and business acumen.

Benefits
As a remote worker, you'll need your own permanent home equipment, including a laptop and personal computer with an external monitor, and at least 50mbps internet speed.
